TRILOCHAN VERMA
Founder and In-charge of smooth working of company
Trilochan is the co-founder and strategic head at Intense IP. He has more than 17 years of experience in the IP domain and has worked as the in-house IP counsel at Samsung Electronics and Infosys. He has facilitated successful completion of more than 3000 IP assignments including drafting, searching support, litigation support, prosecution support and licensing support. He speaks regularly at various IPR policy events and has authored books on IP Management. He holds Bachelors in Technology from NIT Kurukshetra.
DAVID COOPER
Takes care of US Operations for Intense IP clients
Having worked with Intense IP for seven years, David is a U.S. IP attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit, and over 33 years of experience in helping U.S. and international clients develop, manage, license, enforce and defend their IP assets. David is an owner of Kolisch Hartwell, a 69-year-old IP firm based in Portland, Oregon, and has also had an office in Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) for 39 years. Kolisch Hartwell has been a full service IP firm since its beginning, with substantial experience in prosecution (asset development), licensing, and both enforcement and defense litigation of all IP assets. Attorneys for Kolisch Hartwell have argued three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, several cases before the Federal Circuit, and recently in 2018, David successfully argued an important trademark case, Versatop Support Systems, LLC v. Georgia Expo, Inc., Case No. 2018-1208 (Fed. Cir. 2019). David and his team have also litigated in U.S. courts throughout the U.S., and before U.S. administrative agencies, including the USPTO and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Following the legacy of its founder Pierre Kolisch, who was with the firm for 56 years, David has continued Kolisch Hartwell’s culture that values long-term relationships within the firm and with clients.
ARUN ARORA
Handling Delivery for all the Intense IP Clients
Arun Arora is currently working as a delivery head at Intense IP Services. He is responsible for providing end to end solutions and general support to clients in all aspects of Intellectual Property, including Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs and other IP areas. He has facilitated execution of multiple IP assignments with efficient coordination and support from the internal IP team. He lays emphasis on client coordination for all IPR related matters and carrying out IP prosecution activities for multiple patent applications of diversified domains by consistent coordination with attorneys in different jurisdictions.
Dr. MANISH ARORA
Advises for overall growth of company
Dr. Arora is the Chairman of Copyright Committee of The Federation of Publishers’ and Booksellers’ Associations in India. He is also the Deputy Director of Amity Law School Delhi and visiting faculty at National Judicial Academy (Bhopal), Indian Law Institute (New Delhi) and University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia). He was honored with Law Day Award by the Chief Justice of India. He is a PhD from Harvard Law School and was the President of Harvard Club of India 2008 -2010.
